UPDATE ON COMMUNITY SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES

1. Hugs Cafe lunch on Feb 26 from 11:45 to 1:15.  It's too late to sign up, but don't forget to show up if you registered to go.
2. Our next opportunity is serving dinner for the families staying at Ronald McDonald House on Tuesday February 24.  We will arrive at 3:30 and cook then clean up. All food will be provided for us, as will the menu.  I could still use more people for this.
3. On Saturday March 21 we will be participating in District Governor Mary Bedosky's project: Challenge Air's Dallas Fly Day at Executive Airport in South Dallas.  This is an all day event, but we can sign up for certain shifts, morning or afternoon.  I will send a flyer in a separate email for you to register.

Board Meeting Thursday 7:30AM

The Rotary Club Board meeting is 7:30 Thursday morning.  It is open for anyone in the club to attend.  Let me know if you want to attend and I will send you the zoom link.  Also, let me know if there is anything you think the board should discuss.

Documents

In Clubrunner there is a documents section. You get to it by clicking on “Home” and then “Documents” when you sign into Clubrunner. This is our central repository for our club documents. All of our important documents are housed here: Financials, Meeting Minutes, Bylaws, Tax documents, Budget, etcetera. We just added 2025 Addison Rotary Foundation financials - thank you BK, Randy, and Foundation Board! Everyone in the club has ready access to these documents.

We Need Host Families

Our own Michael Pugh is the District Youth Exchange Officer. He, and we, need host families. If you can't personally host a student, then share the poster and help us find a host family.
