Project Mom Bags is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting moms with children in the cardiac ICU.
They provide comfort bags that are thoughtfully packed with essential items, such as a toothbrush, blanket, towel, and toiletries – to provide dignity, comfort, and a sense of being cared for during long hospital stays. Whether it's day one or day fifty, their goal is to remind moms:
You are seen. You are supported. You are not alone.
in 2025, 137 Mom Bags were delivered with care, compassion, and community support.
Join us for our final community service opportunity of the Rotary year, on Monday June 8 from 1pm to 3:30pm. We are rescheduling the Metrocrest Food Pantry volunteer outing that was cancelled for bad weather back in January. We can send up to 6 people. We will stock the pantry shelves, help clients with their carts, and work in the back preparing the food for shelving.
